Delete your Signa AI account

Delete in the Signa AI mobile app

1. Open the Signa AI app and make sure you are signed in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Scroll to the Danger zone section at the bottom.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.
5. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. There is no grace period.

Delete on the web

1. Go to usesigna.org and sign in.
2. Open the Translator, then open your Account page.
3. Scroll to the Danger zone card.
4. Click Delete account, type your email to confirm, then confirm again.
5. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will verify and delete it for you:

Please use the subject “Signa AI account deletion request.” We complete verified requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

• Your profile: name, email address, phone number, and profile photo.
• Your Signa AI subscription, plan, token balance, and token-usage records.
• Your billing invoices and payment-transaction records (subject to the legal retention noted below).
• Your sign-in sessions on every device and your linked sign-in providers (Google, Apple, Facebook).

Note: the translator does not store the text or audio you translate — those are processed to produce the signing avatar and are not kept on your account, so there is no translation history to delete.

What we keep, and for how long

• Records we are legally required to retain — for example, financial and payment records kept for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law — are retained for that period and then deleted.
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify you may be kept to improve the service.
• Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days of deletion.
