Delete your Signa AI data
Signa AI is a sign-language translation app by Xendly Labs. This page explains how to delete specific pieces of your data without deleting your whole account. To remove everything and close your account instead, see the account-deletion page linked below.
Delete data yourself
You can remove these items at any time in the app or on the web, without contacting us:
- Profile photo — open Edit profile and remove your picture.
- Name — edit or clear your first and last name in Edit profile.
- Linked sign-in providers — disconnect Google, Apple, or Facebook from your account page (as long as one sign-in method remains).
The translator itself does not store the text or audio you translate — it is processed to produce the signing avatar and is not saved to your account, so there is no translation history to delete.
Request data deletion by email
To request deletion of other specific data while keeping your account, email us from the address on your account:
- Email privacy@xendlylabs.com with the subject “Signa AI data deletion request.”
- Tell us which data you want deleted.
- We verify the request comes from the account owner (we may ask you to confirm from your account email).
- We complete verified requests within 30 days.
What we may keep
- Records we are legally required to retain — for example, financial and payment records — for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify you.
- Information needed to prevent fraud, abuse, or to comply with the law.
Delete your whole account instead
