Signa AI Terms of Use

The service

Signa AI translates spoken or written language into sign language and renders it through an on-screen signing avatar. The service is provided as a translation aid and may not be perfectly accurate; do not rely on it for medical, legal, emergency, or other safety-critical communication without a human interpreter.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract (and at least 13) to use Signa AI.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Signa AI for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, scrape, or build a competing service from the app or its outputs without our written permission.
• Infringe the rights of others or submit unlawful content.

Subscriptions, tokens & payments

Some features use a subscription and/or a token balance. Prices, plans, and token costs are shown in the app and may change. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the app; cancellation stops future renewals.

Intellectual property

Signa AI, its software, branding, and content are owned by Xendly Corp Ltd and its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You retain rights to the content you submit for translation.

Privacy

Your use of Signa AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Disclaimers

Signa AI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that translations are accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xendly Corp Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on a translation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Signa AI and delete your account at any time (see account deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, and disputes are subject to the courts of Rwanda, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
