Pricing questions
What happens if I run out of tokens mid-month?
You can top up at any time from your dashboard, or wait for the next monthly reset. The Free tier soft-pauses (translator still works for short phrases) and asks you to upgrade for anything longer.
Do unused tokens roll over?
No — monthly buckets reset on your billing anniversary. We're considering rollover packs for Pro; not committed yet.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period; no penalty, no questions. Enterprise contracts follow their signed terms.
Do you offer NGO / education discounts?
Yes — schools and deaf-community organizations get a 50% discount on Pro. Email sales@xendlylabs.com from an institutional address to request it.
What payment methods do you accept?
MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money via Paypack today. Stripe (cards) is coming for international users on Pro and is already available on Enterprise.
